We operate doorstep delivery for all orders across mainland UK. Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm and a one hour delivery slot is allocated on the day for most orders. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £200. Anything under this there is a £7+vat charge which will be added at checkout. Once dispatched, most deliveries are next day services. For larger orders on pallets these services are approximately 2 days from dispatch. If we are delivering a pallet to a residential address there is an additional £10 charge regardless of the size of the order (we will contact you if your order will need to ship on a pallet) If you are not able to accept the pallet on the day of delivery for whatever reason there will be a further £45 charge for re-delivery. 


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at the email must contain the order number and the fact that you wish to exchange, cancel an order or return an item. We will then contact you to arrange the return. The shipping cost incurred must be covered by you. In addition, there is a 15% re-stocking fee when returning unwanted items including exchanges. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
