Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Delivery
UK delivery is banded by the price of your order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will receive an e-mail once your order is on its way.
If you wish for us to send orders to an international address please contact us on enquiries@opalproducts.co.uk for our shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with your order or our service. Should an item you have ordered be unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change your order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item.
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given for the damaged items.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order please let us know straight away before it is dispatched and we will give you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched you should return it to us straight away and a refund will be given.
